a) Dunderberg Ventures - Consideration of an Issuance of a Denial of the Pending Application for its Failure to Replenish Timely its Escrow Account for Planning Board Consulting Services per Village Code Section 143-3(C)(7). Said property is known on the Village of Woodbury Tax Maps as Section 225 Block 1 Lot 17 & 18.
b) Weiss Apple Hill - Consideration of a Determination to Find that the Final Resolution of Approval dated Sept. 26, 2019 Has Lapsed, Owing to the General Conditions of Such Approval and the Failure to Pay Timely the Engineering, Planning and Legal Fees Incurred in Connection with the Application Said property is known on the Village of Woodbury Tax Maps as Section 204 Block 2 Lot 2.
