The Planning Board meets on the first and third Wednesday of each month at 7:30 PM in Woodbury Village Hall - 455 Route 32, Highland Mills. Agendas are set prior to each meeting and posted here. Only scheduled items are discussed. Meeting minutes are prepared following each meeting and are available in hardcopy at the Building Department or electronically below.
The Village of Woodbury Planning Board reviews, approves, and oversees all planning-related activities in the Village. In addition, it serves as the Architectural Review Board.

Regular Agenda
1) Cad Signs Corp/ALDI – Review revised proposed sign panel for ARB approval displaying ALDI and Kohl’s back to back on the Woodbury Centre monument sign. Said property is located at Centre Drive and Route 32 and is known on the Village of Woodbury tax maps as Section 225 Block 2 Lot 1.12.
2) Woodbury Common/Monument Sign - Review application received for an amended site plan to include an additional freestanding sign to be located at the new Nininger Road entry. Said property is located off of Route 32 in Central Valley and is known on the Village of Woodbury Tax Maps as Section 225 Block 1 Lot 70.2 & Section 226 Block 1 Lot 1.
3) Woodbury Common/Suite 315 Rebuild - Review application received for an amended site plan for the demolition of building suite 315 (4,754 SF) and construction of new building at existing site (6,032 SF). Said property is located off of Route 32 in Central Valley and is known on the Village of Woodbury Tax Maps as Section 225 Block 1 Lot 70.2 & Section 226 Block 1 Lot 1.
4) Andruszkiewicz/CVPM – Review of amended plans received for various Site Plan amendments and Special Permit to include personal service use in existing structure (old TD Bank Bldg).Said property is located at252-260 Route 32 in Central Valley and is known on the Village of Woodbury Tax Maps as Section 230 Block 7 Lot 17, 18 and 19.
5) Brach & Mann/24 Catskill High Rail – Review and discuss materials received for revised Site Plan, Special Permit and ARB for proposed Shul and Mikvah to be located within an existing single family dwelling. This property is designated as a critical environmental area pursuant to SEQRA and subject to the Village regulations for ridge preservation (310-13). Said property is located at 24 Catskill High Rail in Central Valley and is known on the Village of Woodbury Tax Maps as Section 254 Block 7 Lots 2.
6) Gai Yi – Review comments received and materials submitted for proposed Bed and Breakfast to be located within an existing single family home. Said property is located in the R1A Zoning District at 35 Buena Vista Terrace and is known on the Village of Woodbury Tax Maps as Section 227 Block 6 Lot 4.1 and 4.2.
7) Rainbow Hotel Group/Marriot – Review and discuss site plan submitted for proposed 108 room hotel to include guest amenities parking and associated utilities. Said property is located at NYS Route 32 and Turner Road in Central Valley and is known on the Village of Woodbury Tax Maps as Section 226 Block 1 Lots 6.1, 7.and 8.
